I bought a 54-point service for my 2015 Hyundai and got it "serviced" last week. New oil and air filter and oil change was included. I bought synthetic oil separately from them. When arriving home I checked and the oil was black in color and hence I suspect they just made a oil top-up. I advice anyone thinking of taking their car to Chalky Whites to reconsider. They are definitely not honest and everything indicates that they don't hesitate to lie to their customers.
