Very disappointed with the unprofessional approach in handling people and their request.
I had booked for an appointment for MOT + Service + 2 Tyres replacement. The front desk who took the call was in a hurry while taking all details. I confirmed everything twice as he was in a hurry to drop the call. I cross verified if they have tyres of right size in stock, MOT timing and car registration number. All good and appointment was booked.
Since I was travelling 30 miles for appointment, I thought of calling just before I start and confirm.
To my surprise, the manger received call first gave me a surprise that the registration number they have is wrong, took again. Then next surprise was, they cant do the car service and offered only MOT + Tyre replacement as they don't have slot for service.
Hold on, one more surprise on its way, took the tyre size again and informed me that apparently they don't have the required size in stock instead offered me a different size, not sure how the alternative solution will ever work.
Eventually I had to cancel the entire appointment. The trouble is waste of time waiting for an appointment which never going to happen.
